Hello, thank you for checking out my website. I am a CPCAB qualified integrative Therapeutic Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a member of the BACP. That's a bit of a mouthful isn't it! I currently work in private practice at my home in Chislehurst. I also offer online counselling covering the UK.
I work with adults and young teenagers from 11+
I have extensive experience of working with everything from anxiety, depression, bereavement to family and relationship issues. My specialisms also include specific training in trauma working with CPTSD, somatic work, working with neurodiversity including autism, ADHD, ADD, as well as addiction including eating disorders.
I have worked with addicts for over a decade and am highly experienced in this area.
I have previously worked as a counsellor in a secondary school as well as for an agency set in a medical setting.
